Microbial Culture Machine
‘ CNS CELL ’ is a microbial cell incubator, which contains the technology and identity of BIO CNS. This product is designed to address issues from the user‘s point of view and at the same time express the brand’s philosophy.
Design Identity
The identity was extracted from the logo of BIO CNS. For the main color, a gradation of blue and purple reminiscent of the future was used, and the combination with a soft dot pattern was conceived. And a bright orange was used as the point color, which means diffusion and strong vitality. Lastly, the sub color is and achromatic color that can be used in all position, giving a sense of stability.
Unlike existing products, the main body has an atypical appearance, which differentiates it. And it is designed simply so that it can be suitable even when placed in a complicated laboratory. The color extracted from the logo was used to give the brand its own identity and characteristics.
BIO CONTROL & SYSTEM
The pump part was designed by arranging it in the center so that the hose can be connected on both sides. Thanks to this, the user can place vessels or tools on both sides of the main body and use the space in a practical way.
In the drawer part process, the flow meter hole can be manufactured according to the user’s request. Depending on the type of experiment, it is a custom drawer that can install 1 to 4 flowmeters.
The user can adjust the angle of the screen as desired by moving the lever located on the back of the monitor. Also, the cover located on the back of the product has a built-in magnet, so it can be easily opened and closed.
CELL : Vessel
The vessel is used after being connected to the body with a hose. Operation is possible through the screen of the main body, and it has various functions such as injecting gas into the solution, mixing, and culturing.
It is designed in consideration of securing visibility of the connection between the body and vessel. It also has a shape that improves the use of space in the laboratory. The Vessel is in a form that allows fastening of connecting hoses, and enables installation of related parts. And it has a sturdy handle for portability.
Capacity
The vessel can be used by replacing the glass cylinder inside after removing the frame. Cylinders are composed of 1, 2, 5, 10 L capacities, and the replacement method is simple, increasing user convenience.

CELL : GUI
The UI displayed through the monitor of CNS CELL. It is designed to recognize complex functions at a glance and make them easy to operate. It is a differentiating point that a comfortable and recognizable design is applied away from the existing rigid atmosphere.
Color
The color used in the GUI was extracted from the CNS logo, just as it was applied to the main body of the product. It is designed to intuitively recognize various information by subdividing the main colors.
Layout / Font
Designed for easy operation by organizing complex functions into a neat layout. By using neatly shaped fonts, the visivility and intuitiveness of the writing are increased.
Graphics
The graphics used on the screen each have a round element. The round shape can create a synergistic effect with selected color chips. This adds vitality to the existing layout and strengthens the difference from other layouts.
The pop-up windows with a simple layout is designed to implement various functions for the convenience fo the user.
